Emma has worked with early years children for 29 years. She successfully managed Cottontails preschool while it was committee run from 2010 - 2018
Emma has a degree in early years and also holds her professional status and forest school qualifications

Laura Norman

Laura has worked with Early years children for 11 years, she was the deputy manager alongside Emma and then took over as manger for 1.5 years.
Laura has her level 4 certificate in early years practice and holds her forest school leadership qualification.
